I'm starting this blog to enlist volunteers and gain financial support for the programs sponsored by the Patriot Guard Riders and Soldiers’ Angels in the State of New York. I am a member of both of these organizations. We run programs that honor and benefit our military past and present, their families and communities.
Mainly I'm using “Program222” to educate the people of New York State about the many programs that the Patriot Guard Riders and Soldiers’ Angels sponsor in support of our heroes. I'll give it a try through future newsletters used to describe the programs from each organization, including information on how you can help our missions.
I'm also available to come and speak directly to your organization large or small to discuss how easy it is to help out. At this time speaking engagements are available only in western and central New York.
People often find it difficult to commit to volunteer organizations because they believe it will take too much time in their already fast paced lives. It only takes, TWO hours a day, or TWO hours a week, or TWO hours a month, to thank our heroes for what they have given us. No matter who you are or where you are, you have something to offer. Why don’t you start by committing to my newsletter and event alerts and let your heart take it from there. If you attend one of these missions or events and see what means to the family or the hero, you will understand just how important it is. So whats on your calender?

I dont know much about blogging but I do know Harry , he is a man committed to this cause. I think, if you visit the website of the Patriot Guard or Soldiers Angels you will find that theirs is a valiant mission. It takes little effort to join and only takes as much time as you choose to give, and you will find that being involved with that mission and the people involved is an extraordinary experience.
